Finally a decent bagel option in La Costa. This was hands down the best bagel I have ever had.
I could eat a bucket of the whitefish spread and the chicken salad is also great. This will absolutely be a weekly occurrence. Go early, they are open until they run out of bagels.

Best bagels in the area. They're fresh and perfectly cooked. I had the everything bagel and my kids got chocolate chip bagels toasted with cream cheese. Everything was top notch. This will be our new weekend breakfast spot, as it's right down the road from us.

It seems like Inglorious has hit its stride in terms of pacing and quantity. We've been back twice recently and had the garlic, plain & pumpernickel bagels. As a native New Yorker I can definitively say that these bagels taste like home. With plentiful toppings on both sides, crusty exterior & soft interior, they were all delicious. A special shoutout to the often overlooked pumpernickel; I haven't had a bagel taste so good since I left NY. Props also to the hard-working counter staff. Even when it's crowded, they are efficiently, well-staffed and get the orders out really quickly.
